All the areas surrounding and approaching Caerleon are red zones. In this color zone, players can mark themselves for PvP and kill you, which drops all of your gear on death. The next zone, and the most dangerous on the royal continent, is a red zone. However, players in a yellow zone can only be downed, and not killed, which means you do not lose any gear, and simply wait 2 minutes to "revive" and continue on. The next zone is a yellow zone, which is more dangerous because players can mark themselves for PvP and attack other players. As you move toward the middle of the continent, to Caerleon (the "outlaw" city) the zones will get more dangerous. So, I do a little of this and little of that. And I don't like to feel obliged to participate in big group activities to hold or take territory. territorial control is the primary end-game goal.įor me, however, I just like doing random stuff and don't like having to always wait for other players to get ready to do whatever.
